What we collect. Your email address, your first name if you give it, and whether you opened or clicked our emails. That is all. We do not ask for and do not want details about your divorce, your family, your health, or your finances.
How we collect it. Only when you type it into a form on this site. We do not buy lists and we never add anyone who did not ask.
Who processes it. Ghost, our website and email provider, stores your address and delivers our emails. Nobody else.
What we never do. We never sell, rent, trade, or share your email address with anyone, for any reason, at any price. There is no exception to this sentence.
Your replies. If you write to us, we read it. We never publish, quote, or reference anything you send without asking you first in writing, and we anonymize by default even when you say yes.
How long we keep it. Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you, whichever comes first.
Your rights. Ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email BraveAfter@proton.me and we will do it. State privacy rights in California, Colorado, Virginia and similar states apply, and we honor them for everyone. GDPR rights apply outside the United States.
