Meet the Circle: introduce yourself, exactly as much as you want
This is the front porch. Pull up a chair and tell us exactly as much as you want, and not one word more.
The menu, all of it optional: a name to call you by, any name at all. Roughly where in the world you are, a state or a country is plenty. Which stage you are standing in: Shock, Grief, Rebuilding, or Thriving. And one thing that still feels like you: the garden, true crime podcasts, a rescue dog, Friday pizza with your kids, marathon training. The small things are how we recognize each other.
A note on your name here: when you write your first comment, the site asks what name to display. It does not have to be your real one, and nobody will ever ask why. You can also add a one-line description under your name, use it however you like: "Mom of two, Midwest, gardener" says plenty without saying anything your lawyer would mind.
This whole site is anonymous by design. That is a founding promise, not a feature. So come say hello in whatever shape feels safe.
House rules: be kind, be honest, no advice unless asked. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
